LeGrand Velez – President
LeGrand has a bachelor's degree in economics from Georgetown University in Washington DC, and masters degree in Natural Resource Management from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff.   He has worked for the Prince Georges County, Maryland, Department of Environmental Resources, the City of Olympia, Washington, Public Works Department, and most recently for the Pima County, Arizona, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources.  While at Pima County, LeGrand managed parks and trails construction projects, conducted long-range parks and open space planning, and assisted with the development of the Sonoran Desert Multispecies Habitat Conservation Plan.
